Shooting

Shooting is a test of accuracy and control in which competitors use either pistols or rifles to shoot at a stationary target. Competitions are open to all athletes with a physical disability.

There are two main classifications of competition – wheelchair or standing.

Athletes compete in rifle and pistol events from distances of 10m, 25m and 50m in men’s, women’s and mixed competition.

Junior air rifles and all other equipment will be provided for those starting out.
