Swimming is one of our popular sports for our youth with physical and visual impairments. Our swimming programme is for our youth aged 5-21 years. There are 3 different swimming levels: ‘learn to swim’, intermediate and advanced. Our swim coaches have plenty of experience and adapt the sessions to the individual’s needs. Swimming is also a great opportunity to socially connect with your peers.
Trainings are held at Fastlane Fitness, 800 Victoria Street on Sundays from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
